In-Depth Evaluation Report

Based on sample editions of your materials and a telephone review, Ruddle Creative will prepare an In-Depth Evaluation Report telling you what works, what doesn't and what to do next. Often the report includes design makeovers or copy rewrites in situations where minor changes can have a major impact on the materials' effectiveness.

Every Evaluation Report is followed by an in-depth telephone consultation (usually 60-75 minutes) with Henry Ruddle to review the findings and suggestions, and to answer questions.

Onsite Analysis
We come to you so that we can see your operations and experience your processes first-hand. Over the course of one or two days we will:
1. Review all marketing materials or newsletters, along with your future plans against two standards:

Your marketing and communication objectives

Industry best practices for concept/content, writing, design, layout, and so on
2. Conduct interviews with all key players who have input into marketing collateral or newsletters
3. Analyze processes from both a big picture and detailed viewpoint, including both narrow and broad guidelines for improvement
4. Provide detailed plans for saving staff time and money where possible, as well as solutions for problems with contributors and/or the approval cycle.
